Beamsley Lodge provides guest house accommodation in Eastbourne, ideally located for a relaxing coastal getaway in East Sussex. Our guest house is the perfect choice for visitors looking to enjoy Eastbourne’s beautiful beaches, scenic South Downs and vibrant local attractions.
Our guest house has a range of newly refurbished rooms to choose from. Each room is individually decorated and boasts a fully tiled en suite shower room. Lots of the rooms have sea views to enjoy.
We have 2 ground floor double Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk rooms available plus ground floor single rooms and a twin room with a bay window. There’s also 3 spacious superior rooms with comfy king-size beds for a restful night’s sleep. All the superior rooms enjoy sea views, with the 2 first-floor rooms offering balconies and outside furniture, great for a coffee in the morning sun.
All the rooms include a variety of facilities: a wall-mounted TV with built-in Freeview and a DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries suppled by H2K of Harrowgate and a hair dryer.
Our guest house serves a delicious breakfast to tantalise your taste buds. We offer freshly prepared fruit salad, yogurts, a selection of cereals, fruit juices and a freshly cooked breakfast or eggs benedict, accompanied by tea or fresh cafetiere coffee. Our full English breakfast comes with eggs (scrambled, poached or fried), locally sourced bacon and tasty chipolata breakfast sausages, a hash brown, grilled tomatoes, baked beans and fresh mushrooms cooked in butter. For those that have to leave earlier we also serve a take away option.
