Bay Lodge Guest House provides delightful seaside accommodation in Eastbourne, ideally situated within a picturesque conservation area along the seafront. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in East Sussex, our guest house offers the ideal base to explore Eastbourne’s stunning coastline, vibrant town centre and nearby attractions.
Our guest house has six bedrooms to choose from, including 1 single and 5 king rooms. Two of the rooms are on the ground floor. The front rooms have a balcony, offering an ideal spot for a coffee whilst savouring the sea view. All the rooms include a range of facilities:

In the morning, you can tuck into a full English breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. We offer a variety of cereals, fruit juices, fresh and tinned fruit, yogurt, jams and marmalades etc, followed by cooked options. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and speciality teas are also available.
We are in the ideal location for discovering all that the area has to offer. The guest house is opposite the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Napoleonic Fortress. The shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away, whilst the pier is a ten-minute walk. You can also walk around the stunning countryside at South Downs National Park. Attractions to visit include:
