Newlands Farm Bed & Breakfast provides guest house accommodation close to the historic village of Odiham. Set amidst the rolling farmland of the Hampshire Downs, our peaceful retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
Our guest house offers accommodation in the long barn and farmhouse. The long barn has been recently developed and boasts a magnificent oak-framed kitchen, shared Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk dining space and sitting room, all of which take advantage of the breathtaking countryside views.
Three spacious en suite rooms are available in the long barn, which can be made as single, twin or doubles. One of the rooms also comes with disabled access. Each room is beautifully furnished and enjoys an airy feel to complement the rural setting. Further rooms are available in Newland Farmhouse. Breakfast is supplied in your kitchen for you to prepare.
The farm has lots of circular walks, ideal for taking in the natural landscape on a warm summer’s evening. The nearest pub is only a short 20-minute walk away and a range of local amenities and restaurants are in the village. Junction 5 0f the M3 is a 15-minute drive away and the town of Hook is nearby. Attractions to visit include:
