Springwells is a family-owned house, it can be found in a beautiful part of West Sussex, at the edge of the South Downs National Park in Steyning. The house dates back to 1772 and was once a Georgian merchant house. We have three individually styled bedrooms with en suite facilities. We offer accommodation on a room-only basis.

Our bedrooms are a combination of a four poster room, with single room off to the side. This makes a wonderful honeymoon suite or family suite. We also have a superior room that has a superking sized bed and can also be let as a twin room and a standard king size doubleroom.

The rooms are appointed to a high standard to ensure your stay is as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Room facilities include:

Our facilities include a lovely garden, a snooker room and a seasonal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

The house is the perfect base for those visiting the South Downs and the South Downs Way. We are within easy reach of Knepp Safari & Knepp House, Arundel, Brighton, Gatwick and many attractions and places of interest. The village of Steyning is a thriving market village and there are eateries within a short distance of the accommodation.

Rates: From £129 to £220 per room per night based on 2 people.
2 night minimum weekends from March to October.
Parking on a first come first served basis, unrestricted road parking also available.
Pets welcome by arrangement in the annexe room (this is separate to the rooms in the house).
