White Cottage Bed & Breakfast in Keal Cotes provides luxurious guest house accommodation. Based near Spilsby in a peaceful area, we are on the gateway of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
We have four guest bedrooms to choose from. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Each room includes a TV, en suite facilities, hot drinking making facilities, hair dryer, USB plug sockets and Wi-Fi.
Garden View Room
Our largest room can also include an extra single bed and travel cot, great for a family. The room enjoys lovely views over the garden.
Willow Tree Room
This spacious room is ideal for a couple or small family.
Woodland Room
This accessible ground floor room can be made as a twin or double, with patio doors that open to the garden.
Mill Room

In the morning, we offer a traditional English-cooked breakfast using locally sourced produce, including eggs, tomatoes and potatoes produced on site. Continental breakfast options are available too.
Outside there are pretty garden to unwind in, plus a summer house.
The local area is a haven for walkers, with lots of picturesque walks to enjoy. You can visit the market town of Spilsby, home to stone streets, shops, a theatre and Gunby Hall, a National Trust property with walled gardens. Nearby is the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, a museum home to one of the rare Avro Lancaster Bombers.
