Situated in the hills above Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor Manor is a family-run, dog-friendly bed and breakfast offering a warm and welcoming retreat. There is direct access to footpaths leading to stunning coastal walks, Lynmouth and the picturesque riverside trails at Watersmeet.

Lynton and Lynmouth, just a five-minute drive away, offer a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafes. The area has plenty of dining options.
We happily welcome dogs by arrangement, with ground-floor rooms and the breakfast room catering to our four-legged guests. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your pet, with a charge of £10 per night per dog, ensuring they enjoy their stay as much as you do.
