Littleholme is our bungalow which dates back to 1925, our home retains many of its original features, such as tiled and wooden floors. Located in Potter Heigham in the heart of the Norfolk Broads National Park, our bed & breakfast is ideal for nature lovers. Inside our private sitting room, we keep caged parrots and our free-range cat also roams the property. We happily welcome pets to stay with you for an additional cost of £5 per animal, per night.
Our comfy twin room is on the ground floor and features two twin beds, with a roll-out bed available upon request. A fridge is provided in the room for guest use, along with a hospitality tray Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk offering tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The room has a flat screen TV and free WiFi is accessible throughout. There is a table under the stairs in the room that can be used as a workspace or dining table. Pets are welcome in the room, although they are not permitted on the beds. The private shower room is just down the hallway and we provide towels and toiletries. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
Our cosy double room with en-suite is also located on the ground floor. It features a four-poster bed and a dressing table, with a roll-out bed available upon request. The room includes a fridge for guest use and the hospitality tray is stocked with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Fresh milk is kept in the fridge. A flat screen TV is mounted on the wall and free WiFi is available throughout the room. We provide towels and toiletries and an iron and ironing board are available if needed. Pets are welcome in this room as well, but not on the furniture.
Guests can enjoy free off-road parking and breakfast is included with the stay. Breakfast is served in our sunroom at a time that suits you. We use eggs from our own free-range birds and our sausages and bacon are sourced from a local butcher. We can accommodate most dietary needs, with the exception of seed and nut allergies. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when making your booking.
