The Anchor offers charming accommodation in the delightful village of Walberswick. Based in a tranquil area of Suffolk, we are just a short wander across the allotments to the beach huts and sand dunes.
We have ten fabulous bedrooms available, including 4 en suite bedrooms in our arts and Craft building, with each boasting wonderful views towards the sea. We also have 6 spacious garden rooms near the main building, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing.
All the rooms are beautifully furnished and come with a range of excellent facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is included and we also have dog friendly rooms.
While staying with us you can enjoy a drink or two in the pub, with a good range of draught beers, wine, 45 bottled beers, gins & cocktails. We also offer a fantastic dining menu, offering a range of lovely dishes. A number of special events are held throughout the year including the annual Beer & Oyster Festival early August.
