Hawthorn Farm Bed and Breakfast, a charming 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse, is one of Buxton's oldest buildings, originally owned by the Duke of Devonshire.

Breakfast is served in the main house from 7:30 to 9:30 am, including cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a full English breakfast with locally sourced sausages, bacon, and eggs. Special dietary needs are catered for.
Guests benefit from ample free on-site parking and easy walking access to Buxton town centre, offering a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, the Buxton Opera House Theatre, and Pavilion Gardens for diverse entertainment. We are also within strolling distance of a golf course and a driving range as well. A regular bus service both into town and further afield is available from the bottom of the drive.
