The Manifold Inn is a delightful 200-year-old coaching inn and restaurant run by dedicated staff, under whose friendly care offers warm hospitality and quality home-cooked food.
All ten bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have en suite shower rooms, TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. For disabled guests there are two specially equipped twin bedrooms. We also have one room which we accept dogs into & dogs are allowed in the bar area.
There are 5 double bedrooms of which 4 are king size. The 2 family rooms have triple beds in each room and there are 2 twin rooms available.
Wi-Fi is available in the bar area.

The Manifold Inn provides an ever-changing menu that reflects whichever produce is in season. Our meals are all freshly prepared in our kitchen using the finest ingredients, the local meat comes from Bagshaw’s butchers in Butterton & Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk poultry from Manifold Valley Meats, all our cheese comes from the Cheese Shop in Hartington.
On Sundays, we offer traditional roast lunch with a choice of two meats. You may also enjoy our wide range of meals including favourites like beef & ale pie, or fish & chips in either our cosy bar or our light and airy conservatory.
The welcoming bar area at The Manifold Inn provides a generous selection of real and cask ales, lager, wine and spirits. As a free house, The Manifold Inn has embraced the ability to stock an impressive variety of beverages for the casual drinker and veteran connoisseur alike!
Nestled next door to the Manifold Inn is the original Innkeepers Cottage. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), a lounge and a kitchen/dining area.
