The Moors Inn is a 17th Century inn situated in the picturesque village of Appleton-le-Moors in North Yorkshire. We are 15 minutes from the picturesque market town of Pickering where you can hop aboard the North York Moors steam railway to Whitby for a scenic day out.
The Moors Inn has eight rooms in a mixture of double and twin rooms in our converted barn. Each room features an en suite bathroom (one room with shower over bath)and tea and coffee making facilities. We are a dog friendly inn and the cost per dog is £5 per night to cover cleaning/dog towels etc.
Here at the Moors Inn, our chefs are passionate about creating high quality, homemade food. The inn features a large yet cosy bar area complete with traditional open fire keeping the inn beautifully warm on those chilly winter nights. The bar features a range of seating and dining options and can be booked for meals (especially if you are bringing a four legged friend).
