The George Hotel offers guest accommodation in the quaint market town of Easingwold. Situated in a gorgeous area of North Yorkshire, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

Our traditional coaching inn is set on the magnificent, cobbled marketplace of Easingwold. We offer 15 wonderful en suite rooms, a bustling bar and a fantastic restaurant, offering the ideal place for a memorable holiday.

We have an array of hotel rooms to choose from, all with comfy beds for a peaceful night’s sleep. All bed linen is included and the rooms boast fabulous period features. Our hotel offers a delicious breakfast to set you up for a day of sightseeing. We offer a variety of options, including vegan, hearty full English and continental breakfasts.

You can savour some wonderful food in our restaurant, from something ‘fancy’ to tasty pub food, we have something for everyone. We use as much local produce around Yorkshire as possible, sourced via the finest ingredients from the best local suppliers. After a busy day exploring, unwind with a refreshing cask ale or soothing gin. We also offer old and new world wines, plus vegan and organic wines.

Easingwold is a delightful market town with lots of independent shops to browse. The town is on route 65 of the National Cycle Network, making the area great for cyclists. Only a short drive away is the bustling town of Thirsk, plus lots of gorgeous towns and villages surrounded by North Yorkshire countryside. Attractions to visit include:
