Ashbourne House offers fabulous bed and breakfast accommodation in York. We are close to the city centre and perfect for a special getaway in North Yorkshire.
Our Victorian house maintains many original features and offers high-quality accommodation. We have a range of individually furnished bedrooms available, offering something for everyone.

Bedrooms include 1 double with a private bathroom, 2 double en suites, 1 super-king/twin, 1 luxury super-king/twin which can be let as a family room and 3 king rooms.
In the morning, we serve an award-winning breakfast using locally sourced produce where possible. Breakfast is served in our large dining room.
We are ideally placed to discover all that the area has to offer. The centre of York is only a 20 - 25 minute riverside walk away. The city is home to independent shops, restaurants, cafes and historic sites. Attractions to visit include:
