Lincoln House is a slate-built B&B guest house located in the picturesque market town of Keswick, situated in the heart of the Lake District. Originally a Victorian townhouse from the late 1800s, Lincoln House now offers high-quality, centrally heated bed and breakfast accommodation.
We have seven comfortable guest rooms to choose from. All the rooms boast outstanding views of the Lake District fells. The rooms comprise of:
Two en-suite double rooms with a shower & WC.
Superior en-suite room with glorious views of Catbells.
One family/triple room with one double bed, two single beds and an en-suite with shower.
One en-suite twin room with a shower & WC.

We provide a delicious Cumbrian breakfast using the best local produce possible. All our meats are supplied by traditional local butchers in Keswick. Vegetarian diets can be catered for.
