The White House Guest House provides comfortable and spacious bed and breakfast accommodation. Located in the quaint village of Clifton which is on the edge of the Lake District. It is only a short journey from the market town of Penrith. This is the ideal accommodation for families and couples as there are various room sizes.
There are 4 rooms available:
Kingsize en suite.
Single with private bathroom.
Quad/family room en suite.
Family en suite.
All rooms have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and Wi-Fi. In the morning a full a la carte breakfast is served in the dining room. Locally sourced produce is used and special dietary requirements are catered for by prior arrangement.
Guests also have access to a living room and secure bike storage.
Clifton and the surrounding Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk area has many outdoor activities to offer such as boating, walking, fishing, golfing and horse riding. Penrith town includes shops, places to eat and imposing ruins of Penrith Castle. It lies outside the Lake District National Park and Ullswater Lake which is a haven for water sports.
