Lakes Lodge was originally built in 1860 and now offers superb guest house accommodation. Our guest house is in the quaint Cumbrian village of Windermere, set within the beautiful Lake District.
We have an array of attractive bedrooms to choose from, including single, double, twin, triple and family rooms. All the rooms include a TV, hairdryer, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The single room comes with a private Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk bathroom whilst all the other rooms include en suite facilities.
Bowness offers a good range of quality shopping with a wide variety of cafes, English pubs and lots of local restaurants. Around 150 yards from us is the Windermere rail and bus station, whilst wonderful old steam trains run between Haverthwaite Village, Newby Bridge and Lakeside Pier on Windermere Lake. Brilliant attractions to visit whilst staying with us include:
