Crubenbeg Country House is located 5 miles south of the village of Newtonmore in the Cairngorm National Park. Set in its own grounds with plenty of parking and walks on the doorstep, fully licensed with evening meals available it offers guests spacious and peaceful accommodation and is perfectly located to enjoy the many attractions that the Highlands has to offer.
There are four bedrooms available including one king size four poster room and two super king double/twin bedrooms all en suite and one standard double room with a private bathroom. All have TV and Wi-Fi. Our guest lounge provides a place to relax in the evenings where you can watch our red squirrels play amongst the trees with a glass of your favourite tipple.

As well as being able to relax in your stunning bedroom guests are more than welcome to enjoy the use of the lounge where there are gorgeous views. This delightful spacious room has plenty of comfortable seating and a warming fire, making it a perfect place to relax, read a book, meet other guests and enjoy a drink.
The dining room has a magnificent antique dining suite where you and your fellow guests can enjoy a scrumptious breakfast or a hearty and homely dinner. We cater for our guests special dietary needs, please just let us know when you make your booking.
There are many activities and attractions available in the local area. Guests can enjoy walking, cycling, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, golf, horse riding and bird watching. The guest accommodation is set in the Cairngorms National Park where there are many picturesque towns and villages to explore as well as great walking opportunities and stunning places to enjoy picnics.
Just six miles down the road from this Newtonmore Guest House is Dalwhinnie Distillery which is open year round; it’s a great chance for you to find out all about “The Water of Life”. A little further afield you can spend a full day exploring The Speyside Whisky Trail, with its excellent selection of distilleries.
