The Royal Oak is a stone’s throw from the beautiful sandy beaches of Cullen Bay in Morayshire. We are a family run hotel offering the very best in guest accommodation, as well as a cosy bar and popular restaurant. The hotel is nestled between the famous viaduct and historical fishing village of Seatown.

All of the guest rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished, with your comfort in mind. Room amenities include:

The Royal Oak is an ideal stopover for those travelling along the NC250, MC100 or the Moray Coastal Route or for those who wish to spend a few days in this stunning part of the world. The area offers an abundance of activities, such as golf, dolphin watching, sea-angling, sea kayaking, cycling and walking. Take time to browse around the many antique shops in Cullen and take in the breathtaking views over the Moray Firth. A short drive away and you are in the heart of Speyside Scotch Whisky distilleries.
