Sunbank House Hotel in Perth is a delightful small country house style hotel, overlooking the whole of Perth city, from its quiet, elevated position separated from the main route out of Perth to neighbouring Dundee, by extensive landscaped gardens and lawns. We are within a ten-minute walk of the city centre.
Most of the rooms have magnificent views, all have direct-dial phones and Wi-Fi internet access to keep you in touch with the world. The hotel welcomes small groups and is very lady traveller friendly.

Special diets well catered for. 2 disabled accessible rooms (ground floor) and a lovely family room are features of a delightful variety of bright en suite room, all with flat-screen televisions, all kept spotlessly clean. The hotel, while only 10 minutes from the vibrant city centre, is in a wonderfully quiet location, with extensive landscaped gardens overlooking the city. Close to the hotel are Perth Racecourse and Scone Palace. Further afield, we are 12 miles from Gleneagles, 12 miles from Dunkeld, and 24 miles from Pitlochry. A little further is Blair Castle. 24 miles south, enjoy Stirling, Stirling Castle and Braverheart/Rob Roy Country. The hotel itself is very accessible to all the main trunk routes converging on Perth, and a short taxi ride from the rail station.
