The New Steine Hotel is a boutique Georgian hotel situated in the heart of Brighton in East Sussex. The five storey Georgian townhouse is in a central location, ensuring we are the perfect base from which to explore the local area.

Concentrating on homemade French cuisine, using top local produce exquisitely cooked by our chef, the Bistro has gained a reputation for fine dining in cosy surroundings, along with the private dining room.
Our Breakfast Buffet has a selection of freshly baked croissants, delicious Danish pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, selection of cheeses and cold meats, and fruit juices. Not to be beaten, the hot menu has a selection of English, Vegetarian or Vegan options, with all produce locally sourced and supplied from Sussex farmers.
