We are a boutique guest accommodation set in a beautifully refurbished four-storey Georgian townhouse, originally built in the 1890s. Located on a quiet residential street in Brighton's trendy Kemp Town area, we're just one street away from the seafront and a ten-minute walk to the pier, city centre, the Lanes and the marina. Our prime location offers a stylish and comfortable base for exploring everything Brighton has to offer.

We also offer two spacious suites with freestanding roll-top baths and bespoke ensuite wet rooms. Every room is equipped with an ensuite wet room, underfloor heating and Grohe showers with both rain and power shower attachments. Each room is elegantly decorated to create a high-end feel without the high-end price.
You'll also find many of Brighton’s top bars and restaurants right on our doorstep, perfect for when you want to escape the busy seafront or city centre and relax nearby.
