The Coach House is a 40 foot detached studio, situated in its own stunning grounds on Hayling Island in Hampshire and offers secluded guest accommodation for a solo traveller, couple or 3 people who are looking to explore this beautiful part of England. We are within easy reach of the M27 so ideal for people working in or around Portsmouth, without the bustle of the city. It is a great place to relax after a hard day’s work.
The Coach House is the only B&B room available and is an open plan studio room, making it a perfect retreat for a romantic break away. The studio building offers complete privacy and stands in the spacious secluded grounds of a 17th Century Grade II Listed farmhouse.

The grounds surrounding are guest house lead on to many beautiful walks with breath taking scenery leading throughout Hampshire farmland and around Chichester Harbour. We are within easy reach of several Blue Flag Beaches which are popular for sailing, wind and kite surfing enthusiasts. There are many places to go for walks and cycle rides. We are ideally situated for Havant, Portsmouth, Emsworth, Southsea, Southampton, Chichester and Glorious Goodwood.
