Mount Ephraim Country House & Gardens is in a stunning part of Kent and has been in the Dawes family for over 300 years. The house is a Victorian Grade II listed manor house and is surrounded by 10 acres of classical gardens. The village of Hernhill is close by and we are within driving distance of Faversham.

Sir Edwyn Suite - The largest of the guest bedrooms and situated in the original house, this beautiful room enjoys views to the south west to Faversham and to the north to Whitstable.
Maid - This light and airy room looks Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk out over the renowned topiary garden and across to Whitstable and Faversham. It is decorated in soft hues of taupe, grey and pale green.
Butler - This unique room features a freestanding bath in the main bedroom, from which you can take in the view over the gardens and to the Blean woods beyond.
Gamekeeper - This double room looks southwards towards Boughton across the gardens and orchards.
Cook - This cosy room enjoys a view of the topiary gardens and orchards, decorated in calming greys, pinks and soft greens.
The West Wing Kitchen is also open to both residents and non residents between April and September on Wednesdays to Sundays. We currently offer teas, coffees, soft drinks, sandwiches and salads.
The B&B is in the village of Hernhill with two local pubs within walking distance. This is located near the town of Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury.
