Cools Farm B&B is a working farm set in beautiful countryside, yet Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat, Bath and the south coast are all within easy reach.
There are three rooms in the 17th-century farmhouse as well as two self-catering cottages.
The Edwards Room has a six-foot double bed and a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath and separate shower. The French Room has a five-foot double bed, while the Family Room offers either a six-foot double or twin beds along with a double futon. The French and Family Rooms share a private bathroom, though they are only let together when guests are from the same party.
A minimum two-night booking applies throughout the year and the property closes for Christmas and New Year. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the garden during their stay.
Our two self catering cottages, The Linking Parlour, sleeps six and The Tractor Shed sleeps 2.
Cools Farm lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With very little Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk light pollution, the stars can be seen clearly at night. Red kites and buzzards often circle overhead, while deer may be spotted grazing in the fields. The farm’s Red Poll cattle are picture-perfect and the free-ranging chickens provide endless amusement. Charlie, the resident Jack Russell, rules the roost and is always ready to join in with games and attention in the spacious garden.
