Higher Faugan Parc in Newlyn offers fantastic guest house accommodation. We boast glorious views over Penzance, Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount, great for a peaceful holiday in Cornwall.
Originally an artist studio, the north wing of our house now offers accommodation in four 1-bedroom suites. All the suites sleep 2 people in king beds but 4 people can be catered for using sofa beds. Some of the suites are on the ground floor and all enjoy garden views, including Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk 1 with bay views as well.
All the suites include LCD TVs, en suite bathrooms with bath & shower, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities.
We also have 2 superior king rooms and 1 small standard room. 1 of the king rooms comes with a sofa bed. These rooms include an LCD TV, en suite bathroom, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, mini fridge and hairdryer.
Our guest house does not have any public rooms, but we do offer a continental breakfast for your suite or room, including juice, yogurt, cereals, muesli, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, biscuits, pastries, coffee and tea.
We are based in private grounds that have a spacious lawn, pond area and smoking deck to enjoy.
Our guest house is ideally placed for exploring Cornwall. Head into Penzance and enjoy the restaurants and cafes. Browse the shops or see Pennlee House Gallery and Museum. You can visit St Michaels Mount, Minack Theatre and Lands End. Attractions to visit include:
