Castle View B&B is situated in a peaceful lane on the north slope of the Kensey Valley, offering picturesque views of Launceston and its historic castle. Situated at the gateway to Cornwall, with the north and south coasts within easy reach to the west and Dartmoor along with Devon's charming towns to the east, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the beauty of the West Country.
There are three double en suite bedrooms available (one has bunk beds as well making it suitable for a family of four). Room 1 has views of Launceston Castle and room 2 has views of the garden. Each room has Freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities, safe and FREE Wi-Fi.
In the morning breakfast Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk is served in the patio room which enjoys full views of the garden. We offer tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, porridge, yoghurt, toast, preserves and fried/poached/scrambled egg on toast.
Launceston is close to the Devon border. It includes a range of shops, places to eat and a Norman Castle. There are plenty of sights to see close to the b&b including Launceston Steam Railway, Trethorne Leisure Park and Lawrence House. The area is also ideal for walking and golfing with Launceston Golf Club being close by.
