King Arthur’s Arms Inn is a family friendly pub offering comfortable 4 star Inn accommodation and good food in the heart of the historic village of Tintagel, Cornwall. Come and explore King Arthur's country! Our inn is situated within easy walking distance of breath taking scenery along the cliffs and the mythical home of King Arthur's at Tintagel Castle Ruins.

Open all year, Tintagel can be used as a touring base to visit around North-Mid Cornwall. We offer a warm welcome. Good food is served from 9am to 9pm, using locally produced ingredients as far as possible. (winter hours may apply) Our menu includes vegetarian and gluten free. Tintagel real ales, local Cornish beer, pool and a roaring log burner in the winter time.

Our inn has a variety of rooms including 2 and 3 bedroom family annexes and 5 wheelchair accessible annexes.

These rooms are particularly suitable for:

Perhaps you will want to relax amidst our beautiful coastal scenery or walk the nearby coastal path or you can venture into the Atlantic ocean to ride the waves on nearby beaches. Cornwall is renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches and kind climate. Tintagel is famous for its connections with King Arthur, here lie the castle ruins looked after these days by English Heritage and on the beach directly below the castle is Merlin’s cave. The National Trust lovingly cares for the old manor house of Trevena, now known as the Old Post Office, which is directly opposite King Arthur's Arms, this is one of the National Trust's most photographed properties.

There is so much to see and experience that you must plan to relax and just take a peek at a small part of Cornwall then plan your return visits. You must make time to do it Drekely as the locals say, Cornwall is about slowing down and taking time to stand and stare.
