Lower Tresmorn Farm offers outstanding bed and breakfast accommodation just outside of Crackington Haven. We are under ten miles from Bude in beautiful North Cornwall. Our location is truly spectacular and boasts some of the best views in the South West of England.
Our medieval farmhouse is on the family farm and there is direct access to the coastal path which is only a few minutes away. You have a choice of four rooms in the lovely old barn beside the farmhouse.
All the rooms are en suite and come with beverage-making facilities and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms also enjoy lovely views across the gardens and fields to the sea. In the farmhouse, there are two en suites and Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk one with a family bathroom. We also have 3 en suites in the converted barn.
You can enjoy a welcoming fresh pot of tea and hot buttered saffron cake on your arrival. In the morning, tuck into a farmhouse breakfast.
There is a fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster available for guests to use, great for preparing breakfast and picnics. We also have an outdoor space to eat.

Lying within the North Cornwall Heritage Coast area, Lower Tresmorn is ideally situated for exploring the delights of Cornwall and Devon. There are many lovely beaches within easy reach the closest, Crackington Haven is just five minutes by car and arguably the best. Safe and sandy it has rock pools, towering cliffs and good amenities for refreshments, it is an idyllic setting.

Breakfast when available is charged at £15 per person. Breakfast available 1st November to end of May bank holiday.
