The Old Vicarage is a delightful early Victorian guest house in Barnstaple, offering a range of original features giving it plenty of old-fashioned charm and character. Located just a short stroll from Barnstaple’s historic town centre, we are perfect for a relaxing holiday in Devon.
We have 5 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms available. All the rooms have en suite showers, whilst our deluxe double also boasts a large free-standing bath. The deluxe double, single and standard double/twins are on the first floor. We also have two family suites on the second Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk floor.
All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and an ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, comfy chairs for each guest (or a sofa in our deluxe double), TV, alarm clock, wardrobe, chest of drawers and free Wi-Fi.
On arrival, you can look forward to some delicious homemade cake and fresh milk. In the morning, tuck into a delicious breakfast, prepared with a range of fantastic local ingredients.
We are in a great location for completing the over 80 miles of the South West Coast Path. The Lynton to Combe Martin route offers a challenging day’s walk, whilst the Ilfracombe to Woolacombe route offers stunning views over Lee Bay. Further attractions to visit include:
