Upton Farm Bed & Breakfast in Clyst St Lawrence offers outstanding guest accommodation in a 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Our farmhouse near Cullompton in Devon is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable holiday away.
Our superb guest house is on a working farm and enjoys far-reaching countryside views. All our rooms are tastefully furnished and perfect for singles, couples or families. Whether for one night or a weekend break, we are ideal for a peaceful holiday away. We have a policy of only one party of guests staying at any one time.
All the rooms share a bathroom. Facilities include a complimentary tea tray and free Wi-Fi. A Smart TV/DVD player is in the double rooms only. One of the double rooms has an adjoining twin room so can be used as a family room.
We also have a lovely guest lounge for you to relax in.
Whilst you enjoy your stay at Upton Farm, there is plenty to do out and about in the surrounding areas of Clyst Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk St Lawrence. The unique century-old open-air swimming pool is next door. Enjoy wonderful food at The Merry Harriers at Westcott and The Red Lion. Based in Broadclyst, just a 15 minute drive away.
You will be spoilt for choice in the many wonderful areas for woodland walks, plus the National Trust's Killerton House with its beautiful gardens is a mere 3 miles away. A short drive will take you to Devon's city centre of Exeter and the coastal towns of Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth - famous for the well-attended Sidmouth Folk Week.
