Stables Cottage sits in a beautiful part of Devon and enjoys stunning views of the surrounding countryside, overlooking the Taw Valley, just half a mile from the village of High Bickington. The two double guest rooms are in a beautifully converted barn, which is for guest’s exclusive use.

Road Directions:
From Junction 27 of the M5 you are around 45 minutes from Stables Cottage.
Travelling south through the village of High Bickington pass the Golden Lion on your left and take the next left turn. After half a mile on your left you will come to the first property, Nethergrove Farm; the entrance to Stables Cottage (and Nethergrove House) is immediately after the farm house.
Public Transport Directions:
High Bickington is served daily by a bus to and from Barnstable. The beautiful Tarka train line, between Exeter and Barnstaple, stops in Umberleigh almost hourly and Mick & Tracey are very happy to collect guests from the station.
