Duchy House is an award winning B&B located in Princetown - at the heart of the stunning Dartmoor National Park - a two-minute walk from the village pubs, cafes and shops. We have six en-suite rooms, each with a Nespresso coffee machine, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and complimentary toiletries.

We provide super comfy beds in beautifully furnished rooms and a five star breakfast (served in front of a roaring wood burner) with a wide variety of homemade choices – from a locally sourced cooked breakfast to a healthy smoothie and everything in between – leaving you refreshed and refuelled, ready for the day ahead.
