Lynton House offers bed and breakfast accommodation on the Teignmouth seafront in Devon. Located in a peaceful area and only a stone’s throw from the main beach, the shopping centre and the glorious river beach, we are an ideal base from which to explore the local area.
The guest house has 12 en suite guest bedrooms, most of which have sea or river views.

Our spacious dining room at the bed and breakfast is situated on the ground floor and having separate tables, offers a peaceful atmosphere in which to enjoy our tasty home-cooked meals. We serve a hearty breakfast to begin the day. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
The lounge bar is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. It is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy meeting friends, old and new. Alternatively, you can just watch the world go by through the large picture windows that frame the fantastic view.
As with all holidays, the main intention is to get a break from the traditional day to day routine that is maintained for the majority of time for most people. At Lynton House, we are well placed for our guests to visit many different attractions in the area. Being positioned in the south west with a climate temperate enough for palm trees to grow there are plenty of local attractions to keep most people entertained. Occasionally the weather is less accommodating and when this occurs we also have local attractions suitable for wet or windy weather.
