Pulteney House is one of the finest guest houses in Bath, providing some of the very best accommodation in Bath city centre. Pulteney House is a large, privately owned Victorian house set in its own beautiful gardens. We offer a uniquely tranquil environment in the very heart of the city of Bath. The guest house is a short walk from Bath city centre, giving our customers excellent access to all the tourist and business facilities in Bath.

All have Freeview televisions, free Wi-Fi, hospitality trays, hair dryers and all are centrally heated and tastefully decorated to a very high standard. Although we do not provide a cooked breakfast anymore, we do give guests the choice of a room only without breakfast, or adding a very good continental breakfast as an extra.
There is a comfortable family television lounge for all guests to use as well as the gardens and grounds. Full fire regulations certificate is held and large secure car parking facilities are available for guests.
We also have 5 self catering units available. Brunel and Victoriana which sleep 2 people in each, Regency and Austen which sleep 3 each room, and the Coach House sleeps 4 people – please see our website for more information.
All entertainments are close at hand and the city centre is just a short, enjoyable stroll away (5 – 10 minutes level walk). Pulteney House is ideally located for sight-seeing in Bath and for the surrounding areas.
