Cuffern Manor was built in 1770 and is set in three and a half acres of walled garden, woodlands and lawns. This award-winning guest house is perfectly located for exploring one of the finest unspoilt coastal areas in the world. We can also accommodate up to 20 friends or family groups who want to share exclusive use and be together. We also host small conferences for up to 50 non-residents.
Guests can choose from the following rooms: four en suite double rooms – the Stokes, the Massy, the Fenton and the Langston, one/two standard double rooms (the Barros and Higgon), one twin room (the Barath ), and two single rooms (the Rees and the Higgon).
Some double rooms are large enough for a family with 3 or 4 children. The rooms that are not en suite have their own washbasins and access to four shower/bathrooms/toilets. The Langston room has a bath/shower en suite and is only suitable for one or two people.
Our Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk home is comfortably furnished, centrally heated and with a wood-burning stove in the ground floor sitting room for the colder weather. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the first-floor guest sitting area.
You are welcome to watch television or read a book in our two guest sitting areas, on the first floor, or the ground floor where there is a wood burner for the winter months and an extensive library with books to loan or buy.
We cater for all dietary needs. Our garden provides the soft fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants, blackberries) for our breakfasts and fresh veg for evening meals (when available). We have lifts to all accommodation and special facilities for our disabled guests to ensure their comfort and enjoyment.
